The Application of Wound Protective Film and Skin Protection Powder in Perianal Skin Damage Caused by Fecal Incontinence

目的探讨创口保护膜和皮肤保护粉联合应用在大便失禁致肛周皮肤损伤治疗中的应用价值。方法将创口保护膜和皮肤保护粉对肛周皮肤损伤的疗效与鞣酸软膏的疗效做差异性分析。结果创口保护膜结合皮肤保护粉在大便失禁导致的肛周皮肤损伤的治疗效果显著优于鞣酸软膏的疗效,差异具有统计学意义。结论创口保护膜和皮肤保护粉联合应用在大便失禁致肛周皮肤损伤治疗中具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To discuss the joint application value of wound protective film and skin protection powder in perianal skin damage caused by fecal incontinence.Methods To do different effect analysis of wound protective film and skin protection powder and tannic acid ointment in perianal skin damage caused by fecal incontinence.Results The treatment effect of wound protective film and skin protection powder in perianal skin damage caused by fecal incontinence was better than tannic acid ointment,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions The joint application of wound protective film and skin protection powder in the treatment of perianal skin damage caused by fecal incontinence has high clinical value.
