摘要
目的预防静脉营养导致PICC导管堵塞。方法将53例患者随机分成两组,对照组(28例)采用常规护理,观察组(25例)采取一系列预防性护理干预。结果观察组堵管发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论适当的护理干预能有效预防静脉营养导致PICC导管的堵塞,延长导管的使用时间。
Objective To prevent the intravenous nutrition for resulting in PICC catheter blockage.Methods 53 cases were randomly divided into two groups,the control group（28 patients） was given conventional care,the observation group（25 cases） was given a series of preventive care intervention.Results Catheter occlusion rate in observation group was much lower than the control group（P 0.01）.Conclusion Appropriate nursing intervention can effectively prevent the PICC catheter blockage caused by intravenous nutrition,extend the use time of catheter.
