Objective To introduce in detail the principle,application and management of layer flow purification technology,and to observe the actual effect of layer flow purification technology to prevent and control infection after actual application in the operating room/ICU.Methods Air purification measures were taken to filter dust ion within air so that the germs couldn＇t spread without carrier for effective prevention and control of infection.The text put forward how to improve air quality in a hospital,particularly for application,management,and methods of maintenance in the operating room/ICU.Results In clinical application,only advanced facilities are not enough,and scientific and strict management is necessary to ensure the good working condition and the best air cleaning effect.Conclusions Advanced facilities closely integrated with enhancement of sterile concept and normative management are effective means to prevent and control infection.
