对称性牙隐裂临床治疗与预防措施研究

Clinical Treatment of Symmetric Cracked-teeth and the Preventive Measures

目的探讨牙隐裂对称性的临床治疗和预防措施。方法回顾性分析2005年2月至2009年1月就诊的73例患者（75颗患牙）的临床资料,对牙隐裂的发生部位及可能诱因进行分析。结果第一磨牙的牙隐裂发生率明显高于第二磨牙及双尖牙;75颗患牙中治疗成功61颗,占81.33%;有效9颗,占12%;失败5颗,占6.67%。结论牙隐裂的诱因可能包括不当的咬合力、高尖陡斜面、重度磨损、牙髓坏死、牙体修复治疗。牙隐裂对称性发生率很高,预防性调牙合及口腔保健指导是预防牙隐裂对称性发生的有效方法。

Objective To discuss the clinical diagnosis of symmetric cracked-teeth and the preventive measures.Methods A retrospective analysis was made to the clinical data of 73 cases with 75 involved teeth.Result The occurrence of cracked-teeth in the first molar was much higher than that in the second molar and bicuspid;out of the 75 involved teeth,the treatment was successful in 61 teeth,taking up 81.33%;9 teeth were treated effectively,taking up 12%,failure occurred in 5 teeth,taking up 6.67%.Conclusions The occurrence of symmetric cracked-teeth is very high,and preventive occlusal adjustment and oral health care instruction are the effective ways to prevent the occurrence of cracked-teeth.
