柔脉抗栓胶囊质量标准研究

Study of Quality Standard of Roumai Anti-thrombosis Capsule

目的建立柔脉抗栓胶囊的质量标准。方法用薄层色谱法对水蛭、川芎、大黄进行定性鉴别;用高效液相色谱法对葛根中有效成分葛根素进行定量测定。结果定性鉴别斑点清晰,分离度好,易于区别;葛根素平均加样回收率为99.98%,RSD=2.00%。结论所建标准可用于柔脉抗栓胶囊的质量控制。

Objective To set up the quality standard of Roumai anti-thrombosis capsule.Methods TIC was applied in the qualitative identification of Leech,Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort and Rhubart while HPLC was applied in the quantitave determination of Puerarin in Gegen.Result The qualitative identification was distinct,the spots were clear,and the average recovery of Puerarin was 99.9%,RSD=2.00%.Conclusions The set-up standard can be used in the quality control of Roumai anti-thrombosis capsule.
