奥硝唑氯化钠注射液联合中药灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation of the Combined Treatment with Ornidazole Sodium Chloride Injection and Herbal Enema for Chronic Pelvic Inflammation

目的探讨奥硝唑氯化钠注射液联合中药灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法将128例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各64例,对照组采用甲硝唑、阿奇霉素静脉点滴,观察组采用奥硝唑氯化钠注射液、阿奇霉素静脉点滴同时根据中医辨证加用中药保留灌肠。结果观察组总有效率为96.9%,对照组总有效率为84.4%。观察组的治愈率和总有效率均高于对照组（P〈0.05）,观察组的疗效明显优于对照组。结论中西药联合治疗慢性盆腔炎明显提高疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To discuss the curative effect of the combined treatment with ornidazole sodium chloride injection and herbal enema for chronic pelvic inflammation.Methods 128 cases with chronic pelvic inflammation were randomly divided into 2 groups： observation group and control group,64 cases in each;intravenous drip of metronidazole and azithromycin was given to all the patients in both groups while herbal enema was added to patients in observation group.Result The total effective rate in observation group was 96.9% while that of control group was 84.4%;the curative rate and total effective rate in observation group was higher than those in control group（P〈0.05）,and the curative effect in observation group was much superior to that in control group.Conclusions The combined treatment with TCM and WM for chronic pelvic inflammation can obviously raise the curative effect and it is worthy of wider application in clinic.
