快速血糖仪与生化分析仪检测葡萄糖结果分析

摘要 目的探讨快速血糖仪与全自动生化分析仪检测血糖结果的差异性。方法应用快速血糖仪及全自动生化分析仪对117例患者的末梢血和静脉血分别进行血糖检测,测得的数据用SPSS10.0统计学软件进行分析。结果快速血糖仪与全自动生化分析仪测得的末梢血和静脉血血糖值分别为(8.3±4.2)mmol/L、(8.4±4.1)mmol/L和(9.0±4.1)mmol/L,快速血糖仪测得值较全自动生化分析仪测得值低,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。相关分析表明,三者呈正相关(P〈0.01)。结论快速血糖仪操作简便,可用于已确诊糖尿病患者血糖水平的监测。 Objective To study the difference in the blood glucose detection results by fast glucose meter and automatic biochemical analyzer.Methods Fast blood glucose meter and automatic biochemical analyzer were applied respectively in detecting blood glucose through terminal blood and venous blood of 117 cases,the data were analyzed by the software SPSS10.0.Result The blood glucose data of terminal blood and venous blood by fast blood glucose meter were(8.3±4.2)mmol/L while those by automatic blochemical analyzer were(9.0±4.1)mmol/L;the data by fast blood glucose meter were lower than those by automatic biochemical analyzer with a statistical difference(P〈0.05),and the relative analysis showed out a positive correlation among the three(P〈0.01).Conclusions Fast blood glucose meter is easy of operation and can be used for monitoring blood glucose level of the patients with confirmed diagnosis of diabetes.
