产科新生儿科联合访视对极低体重儿健康的影响

Effect of associated visit by obstetrical department and neonatology department on health of very low birth weight infants

目的探讨产科新生儿科联合访视对极低体重儿健康的影响。方法将60例出院极低体重儿按出院日单双号分为观察组32例、对照组28例。对照组由产休区护理人员常规产后上门访视,观察组由产休区护理人员和新生儿科医生联合上门访视,访视时间均为出院后3 d1、4 d2、8 d、6月、12月。观察两组极低体重儿1年内患病、体重变化及智力发育情况。结果观察组极低体重儿1年内患病、再住院次数明显低于对照组,智力发育、体重明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论实施产科新生儿科联合访视,可有效降低极低体重儿患病和再住院率,促进智力发育,提高生存质量。

Objective To study the effect of associated visit by obstetrical department and neonatology department on health of very low birth weight infants（VLBWI）.MethodDivide 60 discharge VLBWI into observation group（n=32） and control group（n=28） according to even or odd discharge date number.Infants in control group receive routine visit by nursing staffs from baby-care area on 3 d,14 d,28 d,6 months and 12 months after discharge.Infants in observation group receive associated visit by nurses from baby-care area of obstetrical department and doctors from neonatology department at the same time.Observe the disease,weight change and intelligence improvement of VLBWI in two groups for a year.ResultRate of disease and re-hospitalization for VLBWI in observation group is obviously lower than the rate in control group.Intelligence and weight improvement is obviously better in observation（p〈0.05）.ConclusionAssociated visit by obstetrical department and neonatology department can reduce the incidence of disease and re-hospitalization,improve intelligence and quality of life for VLBWI effectively.
