浙江省患者对护士职业行为需求的调查分析

Survey and analysis on demand on nurses' professional behavior for patients of Zhejiang Province

目的了解浙江省患者对护士职业行为的需求。方法对浙江省36家省、市、地区医院的患者进行抽样问卷调查。结果回收问卷938份。99.5%患者认为护士的服务态度很重要;96.1%患者认为护士应有强的工作责任心;91.9%患者认为护士应提供精湛的技术;82.4%患者认为护士应提供关爱照顾;75.8%患者认为护士应有良好的言行举止。结论当今医疗过程中患者不但需要精湛的护理技术,同时对护士的服务态度、职业忠诚度等提出更高的要求。

Objective To study the demand of nurses＇ professional behavior for patients of Zhejiang Province.MethodInvestigate patients in 36 provincial,municipal and district hospitals in Zhejiang by sampling survey.Result938 questionnaires are returned.99.5% of the patients think that the attitude of nurses is very important.96.1% think nurses should have a strong sense of responsibility.91.9% think nurses should be skilled.82.4% think nurses should be caring.75.8% think nurses should have nice behavior.ConclusionNowadays,patients not only have a demand on excellent nursing skills,but also have a higher requirement on nurses＇ service attitude and professional loyalty.
