摘要
目的制备不同粒径的人参总皂苷脂质体(TSPG)。方法以薄膜分散法为主,采用超声法、加入吐温-80、泊洛沙姆、PEG-4000、PEG-6000等方法制备不同粒径的人参总皂苷脂质体。结果超声法、加入吐温-80、泊洛沙姆、PEG-4000、PEG-6000等能获得不同粒径的脂质体。结论脂质体粒径的意义必须结合包封率和载药量同时判断才有意义。
Objective To prepare total saponins of panax ginseng(TSPG) liposome with different particle size.Methods Thin-film dispersion method was used to prepare TSPG liposome.Ultra audible sound,Tween-80,Poloxamer,PEG-4000,PEG-6000 and so on were added to prepare the different particle size of TSPG liposome.Results Different particle size of TSPG liposome were obtained.Conclusion The significance of liposomes particle size must combined with encapsulation efficiency and drug loading.
