摘要
目的对罗红霉素颗粒进行掩味包衣,优化包衣处方。方法以Eudragit RS为包衣材料,根据星点设计原理进行试验安排,调节释放促进剂PEG6000(X1),与滑石粉的含量(X2),采用综合评价值Y为评价指标,建立指标与因素之间的数学关系,经效应面优选最佳处方。结果选择二项式拟合效果较好,复相关系数R=0.927 2。包衣材料中加入(27±3)%PEG、(49±9)%滑石粉可以得到较好的掩味包衣颗粒。结论方法简单可靠,优化后的处方符合设计释放要求。
Objective To prepare roxithromycin taste-masking coating granules and optimize coating formulation.Methods Eudragit RS was used as coating material.The test arrangement was based on method of central composite design.The amount of PEG6000(X1)and talc(X2)were taken as the independent variables,synthesized estimated value(Y)was taken as dependent variable.Mathematics relationship was established between index and factor,and the formulation was optimized by response surface methodology.Results Dependent variables were found to be highly dependent on independent variables in binomial.The multiple correlation coefficients R=0.957 2.Eudragit RS with(27±3)%PEG and(49±9)% talc could prepare roxithromycin taste-masking granules.Conclusion The mothod was simple and reliable,the optimized formulation achieved the release requirement.
