HPLC法测定元胡止痛软胶囊中欧前胡素的含量

Determination of imperatorin in Yuanhu Zhitong Soft Capsules by HPLC

目的采用高效液相色谱法对元胡止痛软胶囊中欧前胡素含量进行测定。方法 Kromasil C18（150 mm×4.6mm,5μm）为色谱柱,甲醇-水（68：32）为流动相;流速：1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长：301 nm;柱温：30℃。结果欧前胡素浓度在11.14~55.70 mg.L-1之间线性关系良好,回归方程为Y=27.953X-3.03（R2=1）,平均回收率99.24%,RSD=1.2%（n=6）,重现性好,RSD=1.0%（n=5）,供试品溶液在10h内稳定,RSD为0.4%。结论该方法简单、可靠、专属性强,可用于元胡止痛软胶囊的质量控制。

Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of imperatorin in Yuanhu Zhitong Soft Capsules Methods The HPLC system consisted of Kromasil C18 column（150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）,methanol-water（68：32） as mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,the detection wavelength at 301 nm and column temperature at 30 ℃.Results Imperatorin showed a good linear relationship with a range of 11.14～55.70 mg·L-1 and regression equation was Y=27.953X-3.03（R2=1）.The average recovery was 99.24%,RSD=1.2%（n=6）,with good repeatability（RSD=1.0%,n=5）,and the RSD within 10 hours was 0.4%.Conclusion The HPLC method was simple,reliable,with good specifiction,and can be used for the quality control of Yuanhu Zhitong Soft Capsules.
