摘要
对亚硫酸钠结晶的连续化生产工艺过程进行研究,经过对SO_2烟气进行碱吸收、中和、压滤除杂、结晶、脱水分离、干燥等一系列过程得到产品亚硫酸钠,工艺过程和产品都符合国家标准。由于该过程具有物料处理周期短、产量大、回收废气,对环境友好等优点,符合节能减排和环保的需求,在冶金生产中具有很好的应用前景。
A study is made on the continuius production of the crystallized Na2SO3 by alkali absorption of SO2 gas, neutralization, filtered inpurity under high pressure, crystallization, separation by dehydration, and drying. This production process is short in time for material preparation and high in production, and thus it has a bright future in metallurgical indestry.
