煤层气井沉砂防气泵的研究及应用 被引量:3

摘要 煤层气井在排采过程中煤粉等固体颗粒进入井筒后容易造成卡泵、砂埋管柱等问题。煤层气井产气后气体也会对排采设备有影响,导致排采效率下降、气锁等问题。为了解决上述问题,减少固体颗粒对排采设备的影响,研制了沉砂防气泵,该泵具有防煤粉与防气体影响的双重作用,可以防止停抽时煤粉卡泵现象的发生,同时还可以通过环形阀进行气液置换,减少气体的影响,提高排采效率。经过现场实际应用结果表明,使用该泵能够有效的降低煤粉及气体影响,减少检泵作业和捞砂工作量,提高排采效率,降低综合作业成本。 After the solid particles,like coal fines,etc. entering the CBM well they will bring about troubles,such as,jamming of pump,burial of pipe string,etc. in the process of dewatering and extraction of gas. When CBM well begins to produce gas,the gas also will have some effects on the dewatering equipment,which in turn leads to drop of dewatering efficiency and air lock problems. To solve the above-mentioned problems,new pump is developed,which has dual function of preventing fines deposition and air lock. It can prevent the solid particles to clog the pump when the pump stops working. At the same time,it can also make replacement of gas and liquid by using ring valve,thus reducing the effect of gas and increasing the dewatering efficiency. The result of site application indicates that this pump may effectively reduce the effect of coal fines and gas,which,in turn,will reduce the amount of pump maintenance and quantity of fines to be dredged out,increase dewatering efficiency and reduce the overall operation cost.
