表面增强喇曼散射(SERS) 是一门独特的高灵敏度的光散射技术,在许多领域都引起了学者的兴趣.通过研究茜素红在银镜衬底上的表面增强共振喇曼散射(SERRS) 效应,结果表明,用SERS技术,在银镜上茜素红的最小检测量可达1 .1pg,并且说明了吸附分子的SERS强度主要是由于最靠近银镜的一层分子的增强;
Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering (SERS) is a special and high sensitive way of light scattering technology interested by many scholars from different fields. We have studied the SERRS effect from Alizarins on Ag mirror. The result is that Alizarins can be detected to a minimum 1.1pg,and the SERS intensity of absorbed molecules is mainly from the nearest molecule layer to Ag mirror, and SERS has its single layer saturation effect.
