The serious social order problems exposed in our socialism new rural reconstruction not only directly endangers the general farmers＇ vital interests,affects the harmony and stability of the countryside,but also has great influence on the development of Urban-Rural Integration.It is a fundamental way to consummate and construct new rural by law to maintain the stability of countryside and promote the development of Urban-rural integration.
