辅导员是大学生思想政治教育工作的骨干力量。辅导员工作承载着家庭的希望、社会的重托和祖国的未来,责任重大,意义深远。在当前公民社会兴起的条件下,辅导员工作更是任重道远。从一定意义上说,辅导员岗位是高校各项工作的"前台"。高校必须为辅导员工作营建一个完整、高效的支持体系,从外部条件和个人职业发展等方面逐步建立和完善相应的硬件和软件环境,为辅导员工作提供有力的保障,以更好地完成高校的人才培养目标。

Counselors are the backbone of the work in ideological and political education.They carry the hope of the family,society,and the future of our country.In the current conditions of the rise of civil society,the counselors＇ work is long way to go.In a sense,the work of college counselors is a ＂front＂.In order to achieve the aim of cultivating talents,universities must construct a complete and efficient support system to support instructors＇ work,gradually establish and perfect the corresponding hardware and software environment from external conditions and personal career development to provide strong guarantee for the work of counselors.
