摘要
介绍了1.75 W 分置式斯特林制冷系统的工作原理、基本设计思路和关键技术的研究。目前,该机已用于160 元红外探测器组件,经多次联试证明,该系统重复性好,运行稳定可靠。该机的研制和联试成功,使该类国产制冷机水平向实用化方向迈进了一大步。
This paper presents the operation principle, basic design and key technology for 1.75W split Stirling cryocooler.The cryocooler has been widely used in the 160 multiple IR detector package.Many times of connected experimentation show that the cryocooler system has good reduplication and operats well.For the above success the home made cooling machine makes a long step towards practical use, also a solid foundation is laid for the product systematizing development of the same sort.
