为研究Mg 在AlSiMg 合金直接氮化制备AlN 材料中的作用,在1 000 ℃氮气氛下实施了AlSiMg 合金直接氮化实验·从热力学角度分析了AlSiMg 合金直接氮化过程中Mg 元素的脱氧和氮化行为,包括氮化反应的氧分压阈值分析,氮化反应初期Mg 元素的氧化和氮化行为,氮化反应中后期Mg3N2 的持续氧化行为·结合实验结果证实了热力学分析的正确性,确定了Mg 在反应自生成AlN
In order to determine the role of Mg in the direct nitridation of molten Al Si Mg alloys to prepare AlN materials,experiments were carried out at 1?000?℃ under nitrogen atmosphere. The oxidization and nitridation behaviors of Mg in the nitridation process of molten Al Si Mg alloys were analyzed by means of thermodynamic calculation, including the critical oxygen partial pressure in the nitrogen atmosphere, the early oxidation and nitridation of Mg and the continued oxidization of Mg 3N 2 during the whole process. The thermodynamic analysis is consistent with the experimental results,which leads to the affirmation of the deoxidation role of Mg during the nitridation of the alloys.
