摘要 从土壤中分离得到一株高效絮凝剂产生菌A9 ,经鉴定为芽孢杆菌,首次发现芽孢杆菌产生絮凝剂·通过碳、氮源及初始pH 等培养条件实验,获得了该菌产絮凝剂的最佳培养基(g/L) :溶性淀粉10 ,KH2PO4 2 ,K2HPO4 5 ,MgSO4·7H2O0-2 ,NaCl0-1 , 酵母汁2 ,初始PH= 9-0·絮凝实验结果表明,用该菌产生的絮凝剂处理高岭土悬浮液,絮凝效果优于其它种类微生物絮凝剂,且不需添加Ca2 + 及Al3+ 等助凝剂,用量仅为一般生物絮凝剂用量的1/10 ~1/100· A bacterial strain designated as Bacillus sp. and named A 9 which can produce bioflocculant with high flocculating activity was screened from soil. It is the first time to find Bacillus sp. producing bioflocculant.The cultural conditions such as carbon sources, nitrogen sources and initial pH of the medium were studied for the bacterial strain. It was found that the optimal cultural medium (g/L) is soluble starch10,KH 2PO 4 2,K 2HPO 4 5, MgSO 4·7H 2O 0 2,NaCl 0 1,yeast 2,initial pH 9 0. The results of flocculation test show that the bioflocculant can flocculate Gaolin suspension better than the other bioflocculants without synergistic effects of Ca 2+ ,Al 3+ and other agents, and its dose is about 1/10~1/100 of the other bioflocculants.
