富产多烯不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)细菌的分离 被引量:2

摘要 为了利用生物技术合成多烯不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA),从新鲜的海洋鱼类肠道中分离和筛选出富产PUFA 的细菌,在纯化后的21 株菌中,通过利用气相色谱和色谱质谱联用仪、苏丹黑染色等微生物学检验和脂肪酸不饱和度的测定,确定了多烯不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA) 产率较高的WL1021 为目的菌株,并对其进行了微生物形态学研究·结果表明细胞形状呈短杆状、细胞大小为0-7 μm ×1-6μm 、有极性单生鞭毛、有运动性、无孢子及G氏染色呈G- ,为工业合成PUFA 奠定了基础· The research on the isolating marine bacterium was carried out in order to produce bio synthesizing polyunstatured fatty acid (PUFA). 21 stains isolated from marine fish were studied to produce PUFA. They all show relatively high lipid accumulating ability,high PUFA containing possibility and the characteristics of fast growing in the artificial medium. However,By using GC,GC MS and Sudan back coloration, WL 1021 was identified as the best stain among them for producing PUFA. The bacterium morphologic character shows that cell shape is of short rod,cell size is 0 7?μm×1 6?μm. The bacterium shows polar single flagellum,active mobilily, no spore and G - gram coloration. The bacterium can be applied in industry to synthesize PUFA.
