对于一般的ｑ－ １ 维正规单纯形利益区域和多重线性多项式模型， 给出了Ａ最优的混料设计， Ａ最优的混料设计的柱点是所有的正规单纯形的各类中心·令ｒｉ（ｉ＝ １ ，２ ，…，ｑ） 表示每个第ｉ 类中心点上的设计测度，给出了以ｒｊ／ｒｑ（ｊ＝ １ ，２ ，…，ｑ－ １） 形式表示的Ａ最优测度比。

Based on the general regular simplex interest region of ( q-1 ) dimension and multilinear polynomial model,An A optimal mixture design was suggested.The support points of the A optimal mixture dsign are centroids of the reqular simplex. If let r i(i=1,2,…,q ) denote design measure in every i th class centroid,the generalized simplex centroid design is A optimal with the measure rate r j/r q (j=1,2,…,q-1 ).
