This paper gives an analysis of the tourism resources and its distinctive features in Yulin.The status quo of tourism market in Yulin shows a great demand and a shortage of supply.The tourism resources in Yulin are abundant and unique but the development has lagged behind.Located between Shaanxi and Inner Mongolia and a historically remote area where various nationalities once settled,Yulin boasts tourism resources of unique cultural characteristics.Yulin is also the revolutionary base and therefore has abundant ＂red＂ tourism resources.This paper also puts forward some proposals concerning the development of the tourism resources in Yulin.
