2010年潮州市食品微生物抽检检测报告分析

摘要 为了解潮州市2010年食品微生物污染状况。依据国家标准GB 4789.2-2008和GB 4789.3-2008对454份样品进行菌落总数和大肠菌群的检测;结果表明食品包装材料合格率最低,干性调味料合格率最高,分别为51.28%和82.69%;省内与省外食品的大肠菌群检测合格率存在显著性差异。两者合格率分别为95.83%和69.01;夏秋两季食品合格率明显低于春冬两季。总体来说全市食品微生物卫生总体状况不容乐观,卫生部门应加强对其的管理。 The microbial contamination of foods sampled from Chaozhou,2010,was surveyed by detection of the total numbers of colony and the coliform bacteria in 454 samples according to GB 4789.2-2008 and GB 4789.3-2008.The lowest(51.28%) and highest(82.69%) hygienic qualification rates were found with food packaging materials and dried condiments,respectively.Obvious difference was found in number of coliform bacteria in foods produced inside and outside the province.The qualification rate of the foods produced inside and outside the province were 95.83% and 69.01,respectively.The qualification rates of the food samples produced in summer and autumn were much lower than those produced in spring and winter.In summary,the current status of microbial contamination of foods in Chaozhou was beyond optimism.
