信访工作是一项重要的工作,是党和政府了解民情、人民群众反映合理诉求的重要途径。然而,由于社会矛盾的复杂化和制度设计上的缺陷导致了信访案件出现年年递增的局面。如何有效化解日益增多的信访案件,构建和谐的社会关系成为摆在党和政府面前的一项重要课题。文章从信访案件的特点、成因入手进行路径探究,以期对信访案件的解决有所裨益。

The work of letters and visits is an important work.It is an important way for the party and the government to keep abreast of public feelings and people to reflect their reasonable demands.However,the complexity of social conflicts and the flaws of system design lead to the complaint cases increase every year.How to effectively resolve the increasing complaint cases and building a harmonious social relation becomes an important issue for the party and the government to deal with.Starting from the features and the causes of letters and visits cases,this paper discusses the path to solve cases effectively.
