摘要
自2008年开始,大学接纳的是90后一代。社会背景的影响、高校功能的偏重以及辅导员管理方面的局限是导致新时期高校德育实效性不高的三大因素。基于此,要改变这种局面,需在以下四个方面采取措施:深入了解90后的内心诉求、完善高校两课教学、增设辅导员岗位和辅导员助手、形成性德育评价要纳入学生的整体评价体系之中。
Since 2008,the university accepted the post-1990 undergraduates.The impact of social background,the displacement of university functions,and the limitations of counselor management are the three factors which lead to the low-level effectiveness of moral education.Therefore,it is needed to focus on the following four aspects to change this situation:deep understanding of the inner demands of Post-1990 undergraduates,improving "Two Subject" teaching of university,increasing counselor posts and counselor assistants,integrating the formative assessment of moral education into the overall assessments system of students.
