摘要
文章在充分肯定河南省高校重点学科建设成绩的同时,深入分析重点学科建设中存在的问题,尤其是与区域经济发展结构、模式不相适应的问题,并提出相应政策建议,以加强重点学科建设,促进高校发挥规模效应,提高高等教育对经济社会发展的介入度和贡献率,为建设创新型国家和创新型河南提供强有力的人才支持和智力保障。
Based on a summary of the experience of Key Discipline construction of higher educational institutions in Henan, the paper analysed the deep problems of it, especially the inconsistency to the regional economical structure and mode, and put forward some suggestions to strengthen the construction of Key Discipline, prompt the scale effect of higher educational institutions, increase the participation and contribution of higher education to economical and social development, supply talents support and intelligent guarantee for the construction of Innovative China and Innovative Henan.
