植物保护专业大学生创新能力培养的探索

An exploration on the cultivation of creative ability of undergraduates

当前在全面推进素质教育、改革教学的形势下,大学生创新能力的培养成为素质教育的重要部分。文章结合河南科技学院植保专业的实际情况,在分析当前大学生创新能力培养的现状和不足的基础上,探讨了植物保护专业大学生创新能力培养的途径:一是注重教材建设,完善课程体系;二是改进教学方式,加强师生交流;三是重视实验教学和教学实习,培养学生综合能力;四是建立科研兴趣小组,参与科研项目,培养学生的创新意识和实践能力;五是完善管理服务体制,营造浓厚的校风、学风;六是开展高水平的学术报告与交流。

Under the strategy of promoting quality education and education reform, the cultivation of undergraduates creative ability becomes an important part of quality education. Based on the actual situation of teaching of plant protection, this paper discussed some effective measures to cultivate undergraduates creative ability.
