摘要
文章采用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈、实验、数理统计等研究方法,在构建阳光体育下"小群体"教学模式的基础上加以实验研究。实验结果显示:"小群体"教学模式能够有效促进学生课外健身的参与度;增进学生的健康水平、有效促进学生团队精神的培养、增进师生友谊等。
By the methods of documental research, questionnaire survey, experiments, and mathematical statistics, this paper constructed the Small - group teaching mode and proved it by experiments. The results showed that Small - group teaching mode could increase the participation of students to the extracurricular physical activities, improve the health of students, and promote the cultivation of team work spirit and friendship between teachers and students.
