摘要
为适应新课改的需要,洛阳师范学院名师实验班提出"学习、实践、反思"三位一体培养模式,通过多样化的教育教学模式、课程化的教学技能训练以及全程化的教育实践实习,实现"学习"、"实践"、"反思"的有机融合,旨在强化学生实践知识和实践技能的养成,为高等师范院校人才培养模式改革提供有益的借鉴。
To adapt to the reform of new curriculum, Experimental Class in Luoyang Normal University put forward the Study - practice - reflection training mode, realized the perfect combination of Study, Practice, and Reflection by various teaching mode, teaching skill training, and educational practice, so as to strengthen the practical skills of students and take it for reference of training mode reform.
