Analysis of Influence Factors of SGDT Cementing Quality

通过对某测井公司施工建造的8口功能完善的水泥胶结刻度井群SGDT测井资料的收集、整理和分析,针对胶结井段,开展了对计数率影响因素的分析,讨论了地层岩性、水泥密度、套管厚度、套管尺寸、Ⅰ、Ⅱ界面未胶结扇形角等因素对计数率的影响,建立了计数率与影响因素的关系图版,对这些影响固井质量的因素形成全面、系统、清晰的认识,便于制定详细、周密的固井施工方案,保证了油井后期工作的顺利进行,对固井质量的检测尤为重要。

Based on the collection,collation and analysis of SGDT logging data of eight fully functional cement bond scale logging wells built by a logging company,this paper analyses the influence factors of counting rate in the cemented well section,and discusses the influence of formation lithology,cement density,casing thickness and size,non-cemented fan angle of interface I and II on the counting rate.Moreover,in this paper,it also establishes the relationship between the counting rate and the influence factors,which makes a comprehensive,systematic and clear recognition of the influencing factors,so as to develop detailed and thorough cementing construction program to ensure the smooth progress of late work and the detection of the cementing quality.
