摘要
T构桥、连续刚构采用挂篮悬臂分段浇筑的施工控制过程是一个复杂的过程,是该桥型施工的重点和难点。箱梁施工过程中在混凝土浇筑,挂篮荷载,施工荷载,预应力张拉,混凝土收缩及徐变、温度以及体系转换诸多因素的影响下,保证桥梁线形及受力状态符合设计要求,是施工中必须认真解决的关键技术问题。本文探讨了该类桥型主梁悬臂施工中挠度变形的主要成因、线形控制的原理和方法。
It is a complicated process to adopt cantilever construction method in T-type rigid bridge and continuous rigid frame construction.Under the influence of concreting,hanging baskets under load,construction load,prestressing tendon,concrete shrinkage and creep,temperature,system transformation and other factors in the construction process,the key point in the construction technology must be solved so as to ensure the bridge alignment and stressed conditions meet the demands of the design.This paper discusses the main cause of deformation and the principle of linear control method in the cantilever construction.
