摘要
承载式车身强度试验是针对承载式车身轻量化的需要,在有限分析的基础上,对原车进行静态和动态强度试验。较详细介绍了试验方法,并对试验结果进行统计分析和频谱分析。在强度校核采用 3σ原则,充分刻画动态应变的随机性。试验和分析结果是对有限元分析结果的有效校核,同时为车身轻量化提供参考和依据;介绍的试验和数据处理方法对相关研究具有指导意义。
In order to lighten the bearing car-body, on the base of FEM analysis, strain-stress test is carried out to analyze the intensity of the original car, verifying the consistency of test result and FEM analysis＇result. In this paper, the test method is introduced particularly, and statistical method and frequencyfield method is adopted to analyze the test results. When checking out the eat-body intensity, 3σmethod is used, depicting the randomicity of dynamic strain adequately. Results of the test and analysis provide reference and evidence. The method of test and data processing, discussed in the paper, is instructive to correlative research.
