关于“中心论”与“核心论”的哲学思考

The Philosophical Thinking of "The Centre Theory" and "The Core Theory"

从哲学层面讲,以经济建设为"中心"和以人为本为"核心"代表了两种不同的发展方式,核心论是对中心论的发展和超越。中心论方式下的发展,是粗放式、外延式的发展,是见物不见人的发展,在经济高速发展的同时,也造成了天人关系及人我关系的日益紧张。核心论方式下的发展,是内涵式、集约化的发展,是以人为本、全面协调可持续的发展,其发展的结果是让人与人、人与社会、人与自然的关系达到更加和谐的状态。因此,就中国发展方式的转变而言,用核心论统领中心论,用人的全面发展统领经济的发展和社会的发展,已是摆在我们面前唯一正确的抉择。

From the philosophical level,taking the economy construction as ＂the centre＂ and the people oriented as ＂the core＂ stand for two different development model,and ＂the core theory＂ is the development and the extention of ＂the centre theory＂.The developments under ＂the centre theory＂ are extensive and expanded and without the consideration of people,which result to the tensions between nature and people and the relation between people.The developments of ＂the core theory＂ are intensive,people-oriented,and round,coordinated and sustainable developments,which result to a much harmonious state among people,human and society,human and the nature.Therefore,as to the change of china＇s development style,using ＂the core theory＂ command ＂the centre theory＂,people＇s overall development command the developments of economy and society have become one and the only choice.
