摘要
在论述传统与现代职业教育两种模式历史沿革基础上,详细分析了各自内涵并分别凸显出传统职业教育模式的产业属性、现代职业教育模式教育属性以及社会服务属性的延伸。基于职业教育"多质"特征,引发其办学师资"多师型"、办学主体"多元化"、人才规格"多证书"等多重属性系统表达与思考。
on the basis of demonstrating the historical development of two modes of traditional and modern vocational education,the paper analyzes in detail their respective connotation which underlines industrial attributes of traditional vocational education and educational attributes and servicing-society attributes of modern vocational education.Based on the features of "multi-characteristics" of vocational education,expression and thinking of diversified attributes of faculty as "multi-teaching",and school-running subject of "diversification" and talents specification of " multi-certificates".
