The Legal Value Choice of U.S. Financial Regulatory System—On the Implication for China's Financial Supervision

"次贷危机"后,金融监管再次成为世界关注的焦点问题。美国作为金融监管的创始人一直以严格监管而著称。而在此次危机中却暴露出诸多不足,因而对其金融监管制度的研究就显得十分必要。本文试图从通过梳理美国金融监管制度的发展历程,以其价值选择为视角进行探讨,为我国的金融监管改革提供价值导向和参考意见。

After the ＂subprime crisis,＂ the financial supervision becomes the focus of world attention once again.As the founder of financial regulation,the United States has been known by its strict supervision.But in this crisis are exposed many deficiencies.Thus,the research of its financial regulatory system is very necessary.This paper attempts to sort out the U.S.financial regulatory system through the development process.Exploring from the perspective of its value choice,it also provides value orientation and reference for our country＇s financial regulatory reform.
