A Research on Reasons,Ways and Effects of Local Government Leading Urbanization

我国的城市化呈现出独特的地方政府强力推进,并脱离工业化的快速发展趋势。地方政府积极主导城市化的动力何在,行为机理如何,以及行为产生怎样的效应?这一城市化的推动模式是否具有可持续性?本文通过分析,得出应对我国进行集约型城市化道路的结论。

The urbanization in China shows a special domination of the local government and rapid development detached from industrialization.Why does the local government have motivation to dominant urbanization？ What are the behaviour,effect and mechanism？ And is this model of urbanization sustainable？ This paper intends to answer those questions and give some useful conclusions of intensive urbanization.
