Influencing Factors and Countermeasures of the New College Teacher's Socialization

高校新教师社会化指个体成为教师共同体中参与性成员的过程,情境因素和个人因素是影响高校新教师社会化进程的主要因素。目前高校新教师社会化存在着不足和过度这两种偏差,为了克服这两种偏差,高校新教师社会化需要学校、社会和教师共同的努力。

The new college teachers＇ socialization means the process in which a teacher individual becomes a member of teacher community.Conditional and personal factors are two main elements that affect the socialization process of the new college teacher.Nowadays,the socialization of the new college teacher is either deficient or overmuch.In order to overcome these two deviations,it needs the joint efforts of schools,society and teachers themselves.
