摘要
目的探讨系统化健康教育对呼吸内科患者生活质量的影响。方法将90例住院患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各45例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组对患者及家属实施系统性健康教育指导。然后对两组患者及家属满意度以及教育前后生活质量进行比较。结果干预后观察组在日常活动、日常生活、健康状况等方面均优于对照组(P<0.01)。干预后观察组患者及家属对护理工作满意度较对照组均明显提高(P<0.01)。结论护理工作者要充分运用系统化健康教育,把健康教育作为一项常规工作广泛应用于患者护理中,在患者入院、住院和出院期间,应用多种方式、全面地进行健康教育,以改善患者的健康态度和健康行为,从而使患者获得良好的生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of systematic health education on the quality of life of patients in respiratory medicine. Methods 90 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group, 45 patients each. General care was applied to the control group, the observation group for patients and their families was given with the implementation of systematic health education guidance, and then two groups of patients and their families on satisfaction and quality of life were compared before and after education. Results After education, The quality of the observation group was higher than that of control group in daily activities, daily life, health and other aspects ( P 〈 0.01). The Patients and their families of observation group af- ter education of health education for nursing job satisfaction had significantly increased than the control group( P 〈0. O1 ). Conclusion Care workers should make full use of systematic health education, and health education should be widely used as a routine patient care. In patient hospitalization, and discharge during the application of a variety of ways, comprehensive health education is used to improve patient health attitudes and health behavior,so that patients have good quality of life.
