局部注射曲安奈德加口炎清颗粒治疗MJAU的临床研究

LOCAL INJECTION OF TRIAMCINOLONE ACETONIDE AND KOUYANQING GRANULES ON TREATMENT OF MJAU

目的评价局部注射曲安奈德和口炎清颗粒治疗MJAU的疗效。方法将确诊的58例复发性口腔溃疡患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组:均予以局部封闭曲安奈德加口炎清颗粒口服治疗。对照组:给予维生素C口服及局部西瓜霜涂布。两组治疗1年后分别对临床症状改善情况进行比较,并观察不良反应。结果 1年后,治疗组治愈率为93.3%,对照组为35.7%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论曲安奈德局部注射加口炎清颗粒是治疗MJAU的有效方法。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of local infection of triamcinolone acetonide and kouyanqing grauales on major aphthous ulcer. Methods 58 cases of confirmed recurrent oral ulce were randomly divided into the treatment group treated with local infection of triamcinolone acetonide and kouyanqing grauales and the contrast group treated with vitamin C and local coating of citrulli degelatinatum. The therapeutic effects and side effects of the two kinds of therapy were compared one year later. Results One year later, the curative rates in the treatment group and the contrast group were 93.3 % and 35.7 % respectively. Conclusion Triamcinolone acetonide and kouyanqing grauales can produce good curative effects on major aphthous ulcer.
