摘要
目的总结舒适护理在糖尿病胃轻瘫患者治疗中的应用体会。方法 52例糖尿病胃轻瘫患者在常规治疗的基础上,给予舒适护理,在护理过程中强调生理舒适护理、心理舒适护理、社会舒适的护理。结果本组患者经治疗和护理,52例中显效41例,有效10例,无效1例。结论规范化舒适护理可促进糖尿病胃轻瘫患者胃肠正常功能的恢复,减少患者的痛苦,提高生存质量。
Objective To evaluate the comfort care in the treatment of the diabetic gastroparesis. Methods 52 patients with diabetic gastroparesis were given comfort care on the basis of the routine treatments.Physical comfort care, mental comfort care and social comfort care were given in the nursing process. Results Significant improvement was got in 4t cases,effective effect in 10 cases and no effect in 1 case. Conclusion The standardized comfort care in the treatment of patients with diabetic gastroparesis can promote the recovery of patients with normal gastroparesis, reduce patients＇ suffering and improve their quality of life.
