摘要
随着园本教研的不断发展,以课题为载体,从不同角度,以不同的形式开展园本教研活动,通过对课题选题的研究,增强教师研究的针对性、有效性、整合性,归纳和总结园本教研的优秀经验,从而推进园本教研在方法、形式上的创新,走出一条有效促进教师专业成长的道路。
With the continuous development of kindergarten-oriented teaching and researches,kindergarten-oriented teaching and researches from different angles and forms appears with project as its carrier.Through subject research,we could enhance teachers' targeting,effective,integrating ability in research,summarize the outstanding teaching and research experience in kindergarten-oriented teaching and research,and improve method innovation and form innovation in kindergarten-oriented teaching and research to explore an effective way of promoting professional growth among teachers.
