摘要
目的了解护理本科实习生结构性授权状况及其与自我效能感的关系。方法采用临床学习效能条件量表和一般自我效能感量表对176名护理本科实习生进行调查。结果护理本科实习生结构性授权总分11.59±2.40,4个维度得分由高到低依次为支持权力2.89±0.70、资源权力2.89±0.65、信息权力2.88±0.68、机会权力2.83±0.68;一般自我效能感得分为26.31±0.25,处于中等水平。结构性授权和一般自我效能感呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论护理本科实习生在临床实习环境中的结构性授权水平较低,护理本科实习生的结构性授权水平影响其自我效能。护理教育者需采取相应的教育对策,营造良好的临床实习环境,以提高护理本科实习生临床实习效果和临床实践能力。
Objective To explore the relationship between structural empowerment and self-efficacy of baccalaureate nursing interns.Methods Totally,176 baccalaureate nursing interns were surveyed with Clinical Learning Environment Questionnaire and General Self-efficacy Scale.Results The total score of baccalaureate nursing interns′ structural empowerment was 11.59±2.40.The support power scored highest(2.89±0.70),followed by resource power and information power,which scored 2.89±0.65 and 2.88±0.68 respectively.The opportunity power shared the lowest score of 2.83±0.68.Being at a moderate level,the general self-efficacy scored 26.31±0.25.The results also disclosed that structural empowerment was positively correlated with general self-efficacy(P〈0.01).Conclusion With relatively low level of structural empowerment,the undergraduate nursing interns′ self-efficacy is ne-gatively affected.So it is high time for nursing educators to adopt corresponding countermeasures to create a good clinical internship environment and improve clinical competence of baccalaureate nursing interns.
