摘要
目的了解实习护生就业压力状况,探讨应对方式在就业压力与专业自我概念间的中介作用。方法采用大学生就业压力问卷、简易应对方式问卷和护理专业自我概念量表对196名实习护生进行调查。结果实习护生就业压力总分为2.74±0.65,6个因子得分最高的为缺少求职帮助,得分最低的为自我认识与定位。护生就业压力与应对方式和专业自我概念呈负相关(均P<0.01);应对方式与专业自我概念呈正相关(P<0.01)。应对方式在护生就业压力与专业自我概念之间有部分中介效应作用。结论应对方式与专业自我概念都对护生的就业压力有影响。实习医院需培养护生积极的专业自我概念,同时要引导护生积极应对压力和挫折,缓解护生的就业压力,帮助其顺利就业。
Objective To study employment pressure of nursing interns,and to explore mediating effect of coping style on employment pressure and professional self-concept.Methods A survey was conducted among 196 nursing students with the College Students Employment Pressure Questionnaire,the Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire and the Professional Self-concept of Nurses Instrument.Results The total score of employment pressure among the nursing students was 2.74±0.65.Lacking of employment assistance scored the highest among six dimensions,while self-recognition and self-identification scored the lowest.Nursing interns′ employment pressure was negatively correlated with coping style and professional self-concept(P〈0.01 for both).Co-nversely,coping style was positively correlated with professional self-concept(P〈0.01).Coping style played partial mediating effects on nursing interns′ employment pressure and professional self-concept.Conclusion Coping style and professional self-concept both have influences on employment pressure of nursing students.It is necessary for hospitals to cultivate nursing students′ professional self-concept and to provide guidance of tackling with pressure and failure actively.Only in this way could nursing interns′ employment pressure be relieved and their employment be smooth.
