摘要
“专题教学”在目前的教学改革中已受到普遍关注，《思想道德修养与法律基础》课实行专题教学十分必要，能有效提高学生的学习兴趣，培养学生的综合素质，能发挥教师的创造性，提升教师能力，能增强教学效果。要成功实行专题教学，应合理安排教学内容，创新教学方法，建立有效机制。
More and more attention has been paid to ＂Topic Teaching＂ in the current teaching reform. It is necessary to apply topic teaching to the course ＂Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis＂. It can improve students＂ interest in learning, cultivate students＂ comprehensive quality, play teachers＂ creativity, enhance teachers＂ capability, and improve the effectiveness of teaching. To implement topic teaching successfully, we should make reasonable arrangements for teaching contents, innovative teaching methods, and establish effective mechanisms.
