摘要
人力资源管理是连锁企业提升核心竞争力的重要途径,也是目前连锁企业的软肋。本文在分析连锁企业人力资源管理现状的基础上,以连锁企业人力资源获取、保留、发展模型,构建了完整的人力资源管理体系,提出了连锁企业人力资源管理要把好“素质关”、“流失关”、“愿景关”的“三关”理论。
The human resources management of chain is an important way to enhance the. core competitiveness, and also the soft underbelly of the current chain. This paper analyzes the status of human resource management chain, including human resource acquisition, retention, development model of chain to build a complete human resources management system. It also proposes the theory of "three tests", " quality test", "drain test", and "vision test", in order to make a good human resource management.
