思密达联合用药治疗小儿急性肠炎疗效观察与护理

Clinical effect observation and nursing of Smecta in treatment of children with acute enteritis

目的观察思密达联合用药治疗小儿急性肠炎的疗效,并总结护理体会。方法 70例急性肠炎患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各35例。2组均采用病毒唑及对症治疗,观察组加用思密达。观察2组退热、止泻、补液及脱水纠正时间,比较2组临床疗效。结果观察组退热、止泻及补液时间均短于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论思密达联合用药治疗小儿急性肠炎疗效显著,合理的护理措施可促进患儿康复。

Objective To observe the effect of Smecta in treatment of children with acute enteritis,and to summarize the nursing experience.Methods 70 cases of acute enteritis were randomly divided into observation group and the control group,with 35 cases in each.Both groups were given ribavirin,and symptomatic treatment,the observation group was added with Smecta.The time of fever,diarrhea,rehydration and dehydration correcting was observed,and the clinical efficacy in both groups was compared.Results When compared with that in the control group,the time of fever,diarrhea and rehydration in the observation group was shorter and the total effective rate was higher,the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion Combination drug treatment with Smecta in the treatment of children with acute enteritis is effective,and reasonable care can promote rehabilitation.
