有限切开复位交锁髓内钉固定治疗胫腓骨骨折的疗效观察

Clinical observation of locking intramedullary nail fixation with a limited open reduction for treatment on tibiofibular fracture.

目的:观察有限切开复位交锁髓内钉固定治疗胫腓骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:选择本院2006年1月～2010年12月收治的40例胫腓骨骨折患者,行有限切开复位交锁髓内钉内固定术,术后早期功能锻炼。结果:40例患者均获8～18个月随访,所有骨折均愈合,骨折平均愈合时间为6个月;按Johner-Wruh标准评定,优38例,良2例。无断钉,无感染,未出现骨畸形愈合及骨不连等并发症。结论:有限切开复位交锁髓内钉内固定治疗胫腓骨骨折术式简单,损伤小,疗效好,是一种值得临床推广应用的方法。

Objective：To investigate the effects of locking intramedullary nail fixation with a limited open reduction on tibiofibular fracture.Methods：From January 2006 to December 2010,40 cases of tibial and fibular fracture received treatment of our hospital.They were given a limited open reduction internal fixation surgery with locking intramedullary nail,and postoperative functional exercise.Results：All cases were followed-up for 8-18 months.All fractures were healed,and the mean union time was 6 months.According to the Johner-Wruh standard：38 cases were evaluated as having excellent result,2 cases were good.Concluson：The treatment of locking intramedullary nail fixation with a limited open reduction on tibiofibular fracture is a simple method with reliable effect,therefore,is worth spreading.
