摘要
多巴胺受体基因是人格特征重要的候选功能基因,分子生物学技术的不断发展推动了脑内多巴胺受体的分子克隆、亚型结构与功能的关系研究,许多学者也越来越重视与多巴胺受体相关的基因学研究。目前,人类已经克隆和鉴定出5种多巴胺受体亚型,分D1和D2两个家族,其中多巴胺受体D2家族的基因多态性与人格特征密切相关。
Dopamine receptor gene are important candidate gene of personality traits.With the progress of molecular biological technology,the research about molecular clone of dopamine receptor,relationship of structure and function are promoted.More and more scholars pay attention to the study of dopamine receptor gene.At the present time,five kinds of dopamine receptor gene are found.They belong to D1 and D2 household.Among them,gene polymorphism of D2 household relate to personality traits.
