摘要 糖原合成酶激酶3β(GSK-3β)是一种丝/苏氨酸激酶,GSK调节多种细胞反应,如细胞生长、分化、程序性死亡和炎性反应。目前研究发现,GSK-3β调控着促炎因子核因子κB(NF-κB)的活化,及NF-κB介导的趋化因子的表达。近年来一些研究揭示GSK-3β参与人和实验模型中的炎症性疾病,如急性肾衰竭、糖尿病肾病、慢性移植肾肾病。因此,抑制GSK-3β的活性可作为治疗肾脏疾病的靶点。 Glycogen synthase kinase 3β(GSK-3β) is a serine/threonine kinase involved in multiple cellular responses,such as cell growth,differentiation,programmed cell death,and inflammatory response.GSK-3β has been found to regulate the activation of proinflammatory nuclear factor κB(NF-κB) and expression of NF-κB-mediated chemoattractants.Some studies show that GSK-3β is involved in human and experimental inflammatory disorders,such as acute renal failure,diabetic nephropathy,and chronic graft kidney disease.Therefore,the inhibition of GSK-3β activity can be a therapeutic target of kidney diseases.
